51. Authorisation required for television etc., operations
(1)A person shall not conduct operations involving movie filming, appearance in flight in movies, airborne direction or production of such filming, aerial photography or aerial survey when those operations are conducted as part of a business enterprise or for compensation or hire unless that person satisfies the requirements of these Regulations.(2)For purposes of this regulation, “movie” includes film, videos, and live broadcast in any format, and the preparation and rehearsal for those operations.
