58. Game viewing or tracking operation
(1)A person shall not conduct an Aerial Work operation involving the observation of, and reporting on, participating in game viewing or tracking operations unless that person—(a)holds at least a valid private pilot licence;(b)uses aircraft with a certificate of airworthiness or restricted certificate of airworthiness; and(c)holds an authorisation issued by the Authority.(2)A person authorised under this regulation shall not conduct Aerial Work operation so as to endanger persons, animals or property on the surface or aircraft in flight.(3)When an operation under this regulation is conducted for compensation or hire, the pilot shall have at least a valid commercial pilot licence.
