14. Aircraft for use in agricultural air operation

(1)An applicant for an agricultural air operator certificate shall have one or more certified and airworthy aircraft, equipped for agricultural operation.

(2)A pilot performing, or being trained to perform, an agricultural aircraft operation must ensure that the aircraft has the following minimum fuel reserves: for airplanes, thirty minutes flight time.
