(1)A holder of an agricultural specific operation shall ensure that each person used in the agricultural aircraft operation is informed of that person's duties and responsibilities for the operation.(2)A person shall not engage in agricultural specific operation unless the person has met the knowledge and skill requirements specified in these Regulations.(3)A person shall not act as a pilot-in-command of an aircraft operated under these Regulations unless that person—(a)holds a Private Pilot licence issued under the Civil Aviation (Personnel Licensing) Regulations; and(b)has demonstrated that they possesses the knowledge and skill required by these Regulations.
