30. Operation over areas other than congested areas
Notwithstanding the requirements of the Civil Aviation (Rules of the Air) Regulations and the Civil Aviation (Air Traffic Services) Regulations, a person may conduct dispensing operations, including approaches, departures and turnarounds reasonably necessary for the operation, below five hundred feet above the surface and closer than five hundred feet to persons, vessels, vehicles, and structures, if the operations are conducted without creating a hazard to persons or property on the surface.Source: Kenya Law
