33. Prohibition against drug trafficking
A person to whom these Regulations apply shall not permit any aircraft owned, operated or leased to be engaged in any operation that the agricultural air operator certificate holder or Agricultural Specific Approval holder knows to be in violation of any laws of Kenya pertaining to drug trafficking.Source: Kenya Law
