48. Training-General

(1)A holder of an Air Operator Certificate-Agriculture must—

(a)establish a training programme to ensure that each person assigned to act as a crew member or a ground crew is conducted in accordance with operator training program;

(b)ensure that each crew member and each ground crew member is trained in accordance with the training programme required by paragraph (a); and

(c)ensure that the training programme required by paragraph (a) is controlled by the certificate holder.

(2)A holder of an adventure aviation operator certificate may—

(a)conduct the training programme; or

(b)contract with the holder of an aviation training organisation certificate issued under the Act and the Civil Aviation (Approved Training Organisation) Regulations.
