53. Flight crew member instructor qualifications

A holder of an Air Operator certificate-Agriculture must ensure that a person carrying out the functions of an instructor in its flight crew member training programme under these regulation—

(a)has satisfactorily completed the training required by these Regulations to serve as a pilot-in-command or tandem master, as applicable, in the operations conducted;

(b)holds an appropriate current instructor rating issued by the Authority; and

(c)completes initial and recurrent training applicable to the instruction carried out.
