58. Flight examiner qualifications

A holder of an Air Operator Certificate-Agriculture must ensure that each person performing the functions of a flight examiner in an operational competency assessment programme required by these Regulations—

(a)holds an aircraft type rating for the aircraft used to conduct the operations;

(b)is familiar with the types of operations conducted by the certificate holder;

(c)holds an appropriate current flight examiner rating issued by the Authority; and

(d)completes initial and recurrent training applicable to the competency check carried out.
