63. Additional equipment

The operator of an agricultural aircraft must ensure that the aircraft is equipped with—

(a)approved hoppers or spray tanks as applicable;

(b)a means of indicating to the pilot the upper level of the hopper contents;

(c)a jettison system for aeroplanes equipped with internal hoppers or spray tanks;

(d)applicable placarding in accordance with third schedule including—

(i)hopper or spray tank maximum structural load as specified in the aircraft flight manual;

(ii)passenger locations;

(iii)flight limitations; and

(iv)jettison capability.
