9. Validity and renewal of agricultural air operator certificate

(1)An agricultural air operator certificate issued under regulation 7 shall be valid for twenty-four months from the date of issue or renewal, unless—

(a)a shorter period is specified by the Authority;

(b)the Authority amends, suspends, revokes or otherwise terminates the certificate;

(c)the agricultural air operator certificate holder surrenders it to the Authority; or

(d)the agricultural air operator certificate holder suspends operations for more than one hundred eighty continuous days.

(2)The holder of an agricultural air operator certificate that is suspended or revoked shall return it to the Authority within fourteen days.
