19. Proficiency certification program
(1)A CNS provider shall develop proficiency certification programs for air traffic safety electronics personnel (ATSEP) engaged in the installation, training, operations and maintenance of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance systems in accordance with the applicable Civil Aviation Regulations.(2)The Authority shall certify air traffic safety electronics personnel involved in the installation, training, operations and maintenance of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance systems in accordance with the applicable Civil Aviation Regulations.
