11. Interface arrangement for support services

A Provider shall formalize interface arrangements where applicable with external organizations in the form of service level agreements, detailing the following—

(a)interface and functional specifications of the support service;

(b)service level of the support service such as availability, accuracy, integrity and recovery time of failure of service; and monitoring and reporting of the operational status of the service to the service provider.
