43. Review and publication

(1)The Authority shall review the application for exemption made under regulation 99 for accuracy and compliance and if the application is satisfactory, the Authority shall publish a detailed summary of the application for comments, within a prescribed time, in either—

(a)the Kenya Gazette; or

(b)aeronautical information circular; or

(c)a daily newspaper with national circulation.

(2)Where application requirements have not been fully complied with, the Authority shall request the applicant in writing, to comply prior to publication or making a decision under subregulation (3).

(3)If the request is for emergency relief, the Authority shall publish the decision as soon as possible after processing the application.
