53. Contravention of Regulations
(1)A person who contravenes any provision of these Regulations may have his certificate or exemption cancelled or suspended.(2)A person who contravenes any provision of these Regulations, orders, notices or proclamations made there under shall, upon conviction, be liable to a fine or imprisonment or both, and in the case of a continuing contravention, each day of the contravention shall constitute a separate offence.
