9. Commissioning requirement
A Provider shall—(a)establish procedures to ensure that each new facility—(i)is commissioned to meet the specifications for that facility; and(ii)is in compliance with applicable standards.(b)ensure that the system performance of the new facility has been validated by the necessary tests, and that all parties involved with the operations and maintenance of the facility, including its maintenance contractors have accepted and are satisfied with the results of the tests.(c)ensure that procedures include documentation of tests conducted on the facility prior to the commissioning, including those that test the compliance of the facility with the applicable standards and any flight check required.
