These Regulations shall apply to all aircraft requiring aeronautical search and rescue services and to persons or organizations responsible for the maintenance and operation of Aeronautical Search and Rescue services in Kenya and in areas over the high seas to which Kenya has been given responsibility under the regional air navigation plan.Source: Kenya Law
