36. Transition provision
(1)Any person carrying out any activities specified in these Regulations immediately before the coming into operation of these Regulations shall, within twelve months from the coming into force thereof, take all necessary measures to ensure full compliance with these Regulations.(2)A license, certificate, approval or any other document issued prior to the commencement of these Regulations shall continue in force as if it was issued under these Regulations until it expires or is cancelled by the Authority.
