22. Coordination between the operator and air traffic services
(1)Air traffic services units shall have due regard for the requirements of the operators consequent on their obligations as specified in Civil Aviation (Operation of Aircraft) Regulations.(2)The ATS units shall make available to the operators or their designated representatives such information as may be available to enable them or their designated presentatives to carry out their responsibilities.(3)The ATS Units shall provide the operator or a designated representative whenever requested, with messages including position reports in so far as practicable in accordance with locally agreed procedures.
