92. Information on the operation status of navigation services
(1)Air Traffic Services units shall be kept currently informed of the operational status of radio navigation services and visual aids essential for take-off, departure, approach and landing procedures within their area of responsibility and those radio navigation services and visual aids essential for surface movement.(2)Information on the operational status, and any changes thereto, of radio navigation services and visual aids as referred to in subregulation (1) shall be received by the appropriate Air Traffic Services units on a timely basis consistent with the use of the services and aids involved.
