3. Application
(1)These Regulations shall apply to activities following accidents and serious incidents in Kenya involving—(b)Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA), arising out of or in the course of air navigation which occur to any civil aircraft in or over Kenya, or elsewhere to aircraft registered in Kenya.(2)In these Regulations the specifications concerning the State of the Operator shall apply only when an aircraft is leased, chartered or interchanged and when that State is not the State of Registry and if it discharges, in respect of these Regulations, in part or in whole, the functions and obligations of the State of Registry.
