9. Delegation of power by the chief investigator

9. Delegation of power by the chief investigator
(1)The Chief Investigator may delegate any of his powers, obligations and responsibilities under these Regulations to the Deputy Chief Investigator, the Investigator-In-Charge or to any other investigator.(2)The Chief Investigator shall appoint an Investigator-In-Charge for the organization, conduct and control of an investigation into a specific accident or serious incident.
