23. Replacement of certificate
(1)A person may apply to the Authority in the prescribed form for replacement of certificate of registration issued under these Regulations if such certificate is defaced, lost or destroyed.(2)The Authority may issue a replacement C of R upon lapse of 30 days from the date of gazettement of the loss or destruction.
