3. Application
(1)These Regulations shall apply to the approval of organization involved in the maintenance of aircraft, engines, propellers and associated parts, and to all persons operating or maintaining aircraft registered in Kenya, wherever they may be.(2)Notwithstanding the provision of subregulation (1), these Regulations do not prevent the maintenance organization from performing maintenance on an aircraft which is not under the responsibility of the Authority, including aircraft not registered in any Contracting State.
