21. Verification body and national accreditation body for CO₂ emissions

(1)A verification body shall be accredited to—

(a)ISO/IEC 17029:2019;

(b)ISO 14065:2020; and

(c)a national accreditation body.

(2)Subject to sub-regulation (1), the verification body shall meet the requirements as specified in the Manual of CORSIA Implementation Standards in order to be eligible to verify the Emissions Report of the aeroplane operator.
