6. Approval of compliance
(1)The Authority shall approve the aeroplane operator compliance on the basis of satisfactory evidence that the aeroplane operator meets requirements that are at least equal to the applicable Standards specified in these Regulations.(2)The Authority shall submit to ICAO a list of verification bodies accredited in Kenya as specified in Manual of CORSIA Implementation Standards.
