8. Compliance periods and timeline

(1)The aeroplane operators shall comply with these Regulations in accordance with the timeline as specified in Manual of CORSIA Implementation Standards.

(2)Equivalent procedures described in sub regulation (1) shall demonstrably meet the requirements of these Regulations.
