10. Variation of ANSP certificate

(1)The Authority may vary a certificate upon application by the holder in the form specified by the Authority.

(2)A holder of a certificate applying to the Authority for variation of a certificate under subregulation (1) shall be required to—

(a)attach to the application form, three copies of the proposed amendments to the MANSOPS or the updated MANSOPs as applicable; and

(b)pay such fee as determined by the Authority.
