20. Provision of air navigation services

A person issued with an ANSP certificate by the Authority, may provide any of the following services in accordance with the Act and the Regulations made there under—

(a)air traffic services;

(b)aeronautical telecommunication services;

(c)meteorological service for air navigation;

(d)aeronautical search and rescue services;

(e)aeronautical information services;

(f)aeronautical charts service; or

(g)construction of visual and instrument flight procedures service.
