23. Establishment of the ANSP security programme
The air navigation services provider shall—(a)establish and implement appropriate security provisions to meet the requirements of the Civil Aviation (Security) Regulations;(b)develop and implement measures in order to protect information and communication technology systems used for civil aviation purposes from interference that may jeopardize the safety of civil aviation.
