28. Replacement of documents

(1)A person may apply to the Authority in the specified form for replacement of documents issued under these Regulations if such documents are lost, mutilated, or destroyed.

(2)Subject to subregulation (1), the holder of a certificate shall submit to the Authority—

(a)the original certificate or a copy thereof in case of loss; and

(b)a court order, or other legal document in support of the application for replacement.
