30. Use and retention of documents and records
(1)A person shall not mutilate, alter, render illegible or destroy any records, or any entry made therein, required by or under these Regulations to be maintained, or knowingly make, or procure or assist in the making of, any false entry in any such record, or willfully omit to make a material entry in such record.(2)All records required to be maintained by or under these Regulations shall be recorded in a permanent and indelible material for a period of not less than six months.
