33. Aeronautical fees
(1)The Authority shall notify in writing the fees to be charged in connection with the issue, renewal or variation of any certificate, test, inspection or investigation required by, or for the purpose of these Regulations, any orders, notices or proclamations made thereunder.(2)The applicant shall be required, before the application is accepted, to pay the fee so chargeable in accordance with the provisions of subregulation (1).(3)The Authority shall not refund the fees paid if the application is withdrawn by the applicant or otherwise ceases to have effect or is rejected.
