20. Aerodrome operating minima
(1)The requirements for aerodrome operating minima shall be as specified in the—(a)the Civil Aviation (Operation of Aircraft for Commercial Air Transport) Regulations;(b)the Civil Aviation (Operation of Aircraft for General Aviation) Regulations; and(c)the Civil Aviation (Operation of Aircraft for Helicopters) Regulations.(2)The procedures for the establishment of the aerodrome operating minima shall be as specified by the Authority.(3)The flight procedure design service provider design service provider shall—(a)ensure that an obstacle clearance altitude or height (OCA/H) is published;(b)establish and publish operating minima (e.g. visibility, minimum descent altitude or height (MDA/H), decision altitude or height (Da/H) for instrument approaches at aerodromes.
