4. Requirements for the provision of a flight procedure design service
A person or organization shall not provide a Flight Procedure Design Service within Kenya unless—(a)that person or organization holds a certificate issued under the Civil Aviation (Certification of Air Navigation Services Providers) Regulations; and(b)the services are provided in accordance with—(i)the requirements specified in these Regulations or in any other publications issued by the Authority; and(ii)the procedures specified in the service providers’ Manual of Air Navigation Service Operations and the criteria specified by the Authority;
