6. Flight procedure design operational requirements
The flight procedures design service provider shall—(a)maintain an appropriate design office to enable the flight procedure designers to carry on design work in flight procedures in accordance with these Regulations;(b)ensure that the designs of flight procedures are in accordance with—(i)requirements in these Regulations;(ii)the criteria specified by the Authority;(c)make provisions for person trained in flight procedure design to check and verify independently the plans of each flight procedure designed.
