28. Recertification
For aeroplanes specified under Regulation 22(1) (c), recertification shall be granted on the basis that the evidence used to determine compliance with Regulations 22, 23,24, 25, 26, 27 & 28 is as satisfactory as the evidence associated with aeroplanes specified under Regulation 22(1) (a) and (b).Source: Kenya Law
