57. Reference noise measurement points

(1)An aeroplane, when tested in accordance with these Standards, shall not exceed the noise level specified in 10.4 at the take-off reference noise measurement point.

(2)The take-off reference noise measurement point is the point on the extended centre line of the runway at a distance of 2 500 m from the start of take-off roll.
