81. Reference noise measurement points Test noise measurement points

(1)An aeroplane, when tested in accordance with these Regulations, shall not exceed the maximum noise level in accordance with these regulations.

(2)The provisions of Regulation 15 relating to test noise measurement points shall be applicable this regulation.
