11. Personnel, qualification and training
A meteorological service provider shall—(a)comply with the requirements of the designated meteorological authority in respect of qualifications, competencies, education and training of meteorological personnel providing service for air navigation and other requirements as may be provided by the Authority;(b)establish a procedure to assess the competency of personnel authorised to install meteorological facility for operational use and to perform meteorological services;(c)maintain the competence of the personnel authorised to provide the service.
