28. Obligation of the Authority
(1)The Authority shall ensure that arrangements for observations to be made by aircraft of its registry operating on international air routes and for the recording and reporting of these observations are made according to the provisions of these Regulations.(2)The aircraft observations and reports referred to in subregulation (1) above shall be made by aircraft and reported in accordance with the technical specification and detailed criteria set out in the Manual of Implementing Standards-Meteorological Service for Air Navigation.
