65. World area forecast system products.

(1)The telecommunications facilities used for the supply of WAFS products shall be the aeronautical fixed service or the public Internet.

(2)The meteorological service provider shall ensure that world area forecast system products in digital form are received using binary data communications techniques and the method and channels used for the dissemination of the products shall be as determined by regional air navigation agreement.
