102. Change of name
(1)A holder of a licence, certificate, authorisation or other document issued under by the Authority may apply to change the name on a licence, certificate, authorisation or such other document.(2)The holder shall include with any such request—(a)a court order, or other legal document verifying the name change; and(b)the current licence, certificate, authorisation or such other document sought to be amended.(3)The Authority may change the licence, certificate, authorisation or such other document and issue a replacement thereof.(4)The Authority shall return to the holder the original documents specified in subregulation 2(b) and retain copies thereof and return the replaced licence, certificate or authorisation with the appropriate endorsement.(5)A licence, certificate, authorisation or such other document issued to a person under these Regulations is not transferable.
