6. Use of psychoactive substances.
(1)A member of a flight crew shall not perform any function specified in the privileges applicable to his licence if he is under the influence of any psychoactive substance which may render him unable to perform such functions in a safe and proper manner.(2)Safety-sensitive personnel shall not undertake any function while under the influence of any psychoactive substance, by reason of which human performance is impaired.
