76. Operator's maintenance resposnsibilities.
(1)The operator shall comply with the requirements of regulation 38.(2)The operator shall ensure that all maintenance personnel receive initial and continuation training acceptable to the Authority and appropriate to their assigned tasks and responsibilities and this shall include human factors and coordination with other maintenance personnel and flight crew.
