15. Flight inspection and facility check after accident or incident
A CNS Provider shall—(a)ensure that radio navigation aids are available for use by aircraft engaged in air navigation and that the radio navigation aids are subjected to periodic ground and flight inspections;(b)establish a procedure to check and accurately record the operating condition of any communication, navigation and surveillance facility that may have been used by an aircraft that is involved in an accident or incident.
