19. Proficiency certification program

(1)The CNS Provider shall develop proficiency certification program for ATSEP engaged in the installation, training, operations and maintenance of communication, navigation and surveillance systems in accordance with guidelines provided by the Authority.

(2)The Authority shall certify ATSEP involved in the installation, training, operations and maintenance of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance systems in accordance with the relevant civil aviation regulations.
