33. ILS level of safety

(1)The ILS shall be designed and maintained to ensure adequate level of safety within the performance requirements in these Regulations and consistent with the category of operational performance.

(2)The level of integrity and continuity of service for Facility Performance Category II and III localizers and glide paths shall be at least Level 3, as provided in these Regulations.
