45. Functions of GNSS

(1)The CNS Provider shall ensure that the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) shall provide position and time data to the aircraft.

(2)The technical specifications for the GNSS shall be as specified in the Manual of Implementing Standards (CNS).
