7. Inspections and audits
(1)The Authority shall carry out safety inspections and audits on CNS facilities, documents and records of the CNS facilities to determine compliance in accordance with these Regulations.(2)An inspector of the Authority shall have unrestricted access to the facilities, installations, records and documents of the service provider to determine compliance with these Regulations and the required procedures.
